Powder Coating Plant located in Willenhall in the West Midlands. A planned upgrade means our current equipment is available.

£75k plant consists of 60 metre conveyor track, multi-stage phosphate pre-treatment, 3.5 metre dry off oven, new 'wet back' spray booth, new technology spray and control equipment, 12 metre curing oven (230deg C).

Capable of handling 4m x 2m panels. Current product range includes table frames (2.5m x 1m x 1.75m), handles, hinges, gas cylinder trolleys, coach seat frames, aluminium roof facias, decorative ironwork and fencing and various metal fabrications.

Currently installed in an industrial unit 4,000 sq ft, but it is only the plant that is for sale, so would need to be disassembled and relocated.
